Pop & Paint (“the App”) is a coloring application for children and adults, published by Druan Labs. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles and how it is used.

Pop & Paint provides a standalone coloring experience that operates primarily on the user's device.

2. Information We Collect
Pop & Paint does not collect personal information from users and does not transmit users' personal information or coloring artwork to Druan Labs or third-party servers.
The App does not:
- Require an account or login.
- Collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other personal information.
- Collect contacts.
- Access the camera.
- Access the microphone.
- Access location information.
- Use advertising SDKs.
- Use analytics or tracking services.
- Track users across apps or websites.
- Sell or share users' personal information with third parties.
- Upload users' coloring artwork to our servers.
3. Coloring Artwork and Local Storage
Pop & Paint allows users to save their colored artwork on their device. This artwork is stored locally on the user's device so that it can be accessed or continued within the App.
Locally stored artwork is not uploaded to Druan Labs and is not transmitted to third-party servers by the App.
Druan Labs does not have access to artwork that remains stored locally on the user's device.
Depending on the device and the App's available features, locally stored artwork may be removed when the user deletes the artwork, clears the App's data, or uninstalls the App.
4. How the App Works
Pop & Paint is designed as a standalone, client-side application. Coloring, filling, editing, and related processing are performed locally on the user's device.
The App does not require users to create an account or send their artwork to an online service in order to use its core coloring features.
5. Internet and Network Access
The core coloring functionality of Pop & Paint does not require users to upload artwork or coloring data to a server.
A network connection may be used by the device or Google Play for purposes such as downloading, installing, updating, or managing the App.
Pop & Paint does not transmit saved coloring artwork to Druan Labs or third-party servers as part of its core coloring functionality.
6. Children's Privacy
Pop & Paint is designed to be suitable for children and adults.
The App does not require users to create an account or provide personal information in order to use its core functionality, and the App does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Parents and guardians are encouraged to use the parental controls and privacy settings available on their devices and app stores.
7. Permissions
Pop & Paint is designed to operate without requiring sensitive Android permissions such as:
- Camera
- Microphone
- Contacts
- Location
If a future version of the App introduces features that require additional permissions or changes how user information is handled, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
8. Data Security
Pop & Paint does not transmit users' coloring artwork or personal information to Druan Labs servers.
Information stored locally by the App is subject to the security and protections provided by the user's Android device.
9. Data Retention and Deletion
Coloring artwork saved locally by the App remains on the user's device until it is deleted by the user, removed through the App's available controls, or removed through device-level actions such as clearing the App's data or uninstalling the App.
Because Druan Labs does not receive or store users' coloring artwork on its servers, Druan Labs does not maintain a server-side copy of that artwork.
10. Third-Party Services
Pop & Paint currently does not use advertising SDKs, analytics services, user-account services, or third-party cloud storage for the App's core functionality.
If third-party services are introduced in a future version and they change the way user or device information is handled, this Privacy Policy will be updated as necessary.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy if the App's features, services, or data practices change.
When changes are made, the “Last updated” date at the top of this Privacy Policy will be updated.
