Common questions

Where is my coloring saved?
On your device only. We do not upload your drawings or progress to our servers. Uninstalling the app or clearing app storage will remove saved progress.

Do I need an internet connection?
You need a connection to download or update the app from the store. Coloring itself works with the artwork on your device and does not send drawing data online.

Is Pop & Paint free of ads?
Yes. The app does not use advertising SDKs and does not sell personal data.

Is it suitable for children?
Yes. It is designed to be kid-friendly and does not collect personal information from children. Parents can also use device and store parental controls.

A picture looks wrong or the app crashed
Try force-closing and reopening the app, or reinstalling if the issue continues. Tell us your device model, Android / iOS version, and what you were doing when it happened — that helps us fix it faster.
